Bertram ist Experte für KI- und Machine-Learning-Systeme mit einem Fokus auf NLP und Neural Search. Er hält einen B.Sc. in Informatik der FH Brandenburg und seit 2018 einen M.Sc. der TU Berlin mit den Schwerpunkten Machine Learning und Robotik. Parallel zum Studium war er fünf Jahre Leitender Software-Ingenieur im Space Rover Project des Luft- und Raumfahrtsinstituts der TU-Berlin. 2018 stieg er als Machine Learning Engineer bei Neofonie ein und leitet heute das Machine Learning Team bei ontolux, einer Marke der Neofonie GmbH. Mit großer Leidenschaft überführt er aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse in nutzbare Anwendungen für Kunden, vor allem an der Anpassung, Optimierung und Integration von Large Language Modellen in Suchsysteme und das Textanalyse-Toolkit von ontolux.

Stefan is an expert in integrating backend systems with mobile iOS, Android and multiplatform applications. In 2012 he earned his B.A. in Graz as well as Singapore in International Management from the FH Johanneum Graz. In 2016 he completed his studies at TU Graz with an M.Sc. in Software Engineering and Business. He worked for many years as a senior developer for the mobile open-source project Catrobat, including as a Google Summer of Code project coordinator. He was an architect for iOS, Android and Kotlin at the Austrian market leader for digital entertainment in winter sports before moving to Neofonie in 2022. Here he looks after accounts such as ADAC and Roche, who get to benefit from his development experience and knowledge of cutting edge technologies.

Matthias's focus is the processing and optimized presentation of complex data on mobile devices. In 2010 he completed his B.Sc. degree in applied computer science at Trier University of Applied Sciences. He then worked at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology in several open source projects. Since 2013, he has been an iOS and Android developer, architect and team lead at a Luxembourg startup that was acquired by the business law firm Arendt & Medernach in 2018. Matthias has been working as Tech Lead and Android Architect at Neofonie Mobile since 2021. He supports customers like HUK COBURG in implementing data-driven workflows in mobile business applications.

Ender advises customers on the planning and development of customized platforms and applications. After studying computer science at the TU Berlin in 1998, he worked as a freelancer in the areas of technical consulting and software development. In 2001 he joined Neofonie, where he worked in various departments as a developer, then team lead and project manager. He has been Head of Software Factories since 2009 and also Head of Operations since 2021. With his in-depth technology know-how and his extensive project experience, he supports the customers' strategic project setup. In further phases, he additionally advises on the development of software architectures, the selection and implementation of technologies, as well as the testing and effective operation of the software solutions.

Grant studied at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver and the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris, graduating in 2002 with a B.Sc. in Fine Arts. In the agency business, he worked as lead designer for clients such as Postbank, Sparkasse and trade fair companies in Berlin and Basel. In 2017 he joined Neofonie as Head of UX, where he built up the ION ONE brand in 2020 and now leads it as COO. He continuously delivers inspiring concepts, keeps an eye on the big picture and provides the right impulses at the right moment with a strong focus on storytelling and usability. His immaculate work has already convinced customers such as RADEMACHER, Jägermeister and HUK-COBURG.

Khayrat has a diploma in both computer science and business informatics. Afterwards he started working as a consultant and research assistant at GMD-FOKUS and the TU Berlin until he began his career as CTo at the financial management startup LogAndGo. Khayrat started as a developer at Neofonie in 2008. He quickly switched to build management and pushed the topics of build infrastructure around Maven, Jenkins & Co forwards. Through this he gained his skills in test automation and security testing. Since 2016, he has been heading the quality management department, which he is continually advances.

Andre is Tech Lead of Neofonie's DevOps team and an experienced consultant for customer data centers and cloud hosting. He completed his studies in physics and communications engineering in 1998 with a diploma as Dipl.-Ing. from the FH Hamburg. He then gained extensive experience in hosting and monitoring complex applications at Fluxx AG and in DaimlerChrysler Services Mobility Management. In 2007, he joined the Application Service Providing team at Neofonie, which he has since built and expanded and now leads as Technical Chief ASP. In recent years he has specialized in container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes to simplify and automate the operation of software. He regularly imparts his know-how in Docker training courses at Heinlein Support and in specialist magazines such as the developer magazine or the eco association blog.
