Maximum Flexibility Thanks to AEM

In close cooperation with ifolor, Neofonie designed and developed a new photo platform that impresses with an appealing user experience, a modern and responsive design, and the highest quality standards.
Thanks to the new user guidance, customers can find the product they want even faster. They can configure and order their personal product in just a few steps. The technological basis is the latest version of the “Adobe Experience Manager”, which has been adapted to ifolor’s individual requirements. Adobe Experience Manager enables ifolor to create, manage and maintain websites, apps, forms and marketing campaigns and assets. For this purpose, the system brings targeting, digital asset management and online marketing functions, which were supplemented by Neofonie with additional components such as the store system, CRM and legacy systems, among others. In this way, ifolor can operate and manage all digital communication measures via a central system.

Thanks to its responsive design, the ifolor photo platform can be used on desktop, tablet and smartphone alike and is available in German, French, Italian, Finnish, English and Swedish, among other languages. This enables ifolor to serve its international market, which can be aligned and expanded on a country-specific basis.

Dynamic Software Architecture

In order to be able to quickly and flexibly integrate future optimizations or completely new features into the existing system, Neofonie has created a Continiuous Delivery environment and dynamic software architecture with Docker.

The implementation was carried out according to the agile project management method Scrum in order to achieve the goal quickly and efficiently. For this purpose, a cross-departmental core team was put together with the participation of quality management, user experience and application service providing.
